CISCO leds on, dont boot up

Hello. I have a problem with my cisco 2960 switch dont boot up. When i want to connect to the switch its impossible. All leds is on and dont blink. When i want to connect with mini usb console my pc doesnt receognize com port.

are you able to console into a working switch with the same console cable and client?

if so, then maybe RMA your switch, sorry

Yes my console cable working with other switches.

That means the hardware is dead.
