CISCO ME-3400 series switch issue

Due to last electric failure switch won't boot up, only system light is glowing, no output to console, but can hear power supply and sound of ventilators inside. screen shot of switch status is attached. Help needed regarding this issue.

 - 'Irregular power failure' may confuse device hardware internals, as a last resort , pull power cord(s) completely, so that a full-cold-boot is applied, wait a minute or so ,apply power again, check if that helps.

I have removed power cord and connected again after one hour but status is still same...!!! could you pls suggest if its a hardware failure or some software issue.??

    I would consider as being a fatal condition and then the device needs to be replaced (especially when nothing is seen on the console).
