I have N3K-C3064PQ with Transceivers SFP-10G-SR V02 Transceiver Module 10-2415-02, I need to know which suitable PCIe Card to establish Fiber Network between the servers for this solution and switch, and what's the compatible Transceivers for this Card.

I have not seen a compatibility matrix for Cisco compatible PCIe cards. Your transceivers are MMF, so make sure your PCIe card supports multimode fiber. Otherwise, unless you use a real outlandish manufacturer, all major brand PCIe cards should be compatible...
