CISCO N9300 Series Switches

Looking to see if the Nexus 9300 series switches are able to do the following:

1. Support IPV6 multi-casting

2. Has anyone ever used them with a Dell VxRail System?

It doesn't appear to be supported

Guidelines and Limitations for Multicast

• Layer 3 Ethernet port-channel subinterfaces are not supported with multicast routing.

• Layer 3 IPv6 multicast routing is not supported.

• Layer 2 IPv6 multicast packets will be flooded on the incoming VLAN.

• Traffic storm control is not supported for unknown multicast traffic.

• I have used 9300 with Dell VRTX servers but not with this specific model (VxRail System).
