Cisco Neophyte - QoS help

I am pretty much a Cisco Noob here.

I need to set up a way to give priority for Web traffic to a specific web site through a CISCO 3550 running 12.1(14) switch which then connects to the Internet through an ASA 5505 running ASA Version 7.2(4).

why don´t you use NBAR?
