Afternoon all,
I have a switch that we recently uploaded a backup configuration and we got locked out. I attempted to locate a "reset password" and/or "factory reset" the device.
I've attempted to find any TM's or walkthroughs but have not had any luck locating it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also I will add: the device belongs to the army, the warranty is not valid and I am not purchasing one out of pocket, and the help desk said its above a level 1 task so they are unwilling to help
