Cisco Nexus C93180YC-FX3 critical sensor fatal conditions

Hi, since this morning we have been receiving an error message from Nexus to our monitoring system. The show env fan command does not indicate a fault. We must understand whether the problem is with the chassis or the fan.

This is the message:

Hardware Sensor Name : fan.4. Category : fan. Current State : 3 - The sensor is operating under critical or fatal conditions. This may directly affect the functioning of both the sensor and related components

  - It's not at all certain that this is an effective problem ; can sometimes be due to snmp bugs , if snmp is used by the tool to check the status of the fans ; checkout the fan module leds ,  which are  located below the air holes on the front of the module.
