Cisco nexus n3k random reboot

hello friends, for the past few months I have had a problem with my cisco nexus n3k where the switch restarts itself, the restart frequency itself can reach 3 or 4 times a week, I have tried "show ver" but the last reset reason is always "unknow"

We are not sure reason of reboot is this vPC ? standalone switch ?

as per the version of nexus code you running too old.

First step i upgrade to Minimum to 7.0(3)I2(2a)  (latest it 9.3) and see if that fix the issue ?
