What does out of regulation limits means ?
1 red "OUTPUT FAIL," normally is off but illuminates when power supply outputs are out of regulation limits
Thanks

In this case there are 2 power feed.
In your case, each PS should have two power feed but the alarm is saying there is "not enough power feed". Could be low voltage on one of the power feed or one power feed isn't working. You should see three green LED on if you have adequate power feed.

Hi,
Seet this:
This is for 6500 switches but apply to almost all models.
Hope this helps.

Oh that!
I believe the PS's exhaust fan is "stuck". Stick a stick (non-metalic) and poke it. It should be fine. Had done this several times when the room is dusty.

Sorry but i could not understand what and where i have to stick and poke
when you wrote PS's you meant both power supply

Each PS as two sets of fans.
One fan draws outside air in. The other is an extraction fan. I believe the PS with the red LED has the extraction fan stuck.
The extraction fan can easily be accessed. It's the fan you will immediately see and hear when you turn on the power to the PS. Look at the one that has the red LED on and make sure the fan is spinning and/or the amount of air being pushed out is the same "pressure" as the other functional one.
You will notice the grill of the fan? Poke THERE.

Oh! thanks a lot.
Both Power Supply have red output led on.
I will poke them.
Hope it works fine.

I have done the job, but unfortunately LED is still red.
I found these syslog message :
switches.log.0.gz:Jan 8 15:16:25 outside 68: 8w4d: %C6KPWR-SP-2-PSFAIL: power supply 2 output failed.
Jan 8 15:16:26 outside 69: 8w4d: %C6K_POWER-SP-4-GLITCH: Recovered from glitch in system power supply.
switches.log.1.gz:Jan 8 00:14:35 outside 61: 8w4d: %C6K_POWER-SP-6-NOLPP: Because of lack of system power, devices that require the system to power them on may not come up within one second.
Have you heard about them?

I have seen not these. It sounds like there's not enough input power to the power supply. For example, some power supplies require to power feeds. This alarm indicates that the power supply is getting only ONE power feed.

In this case there are 2 power feed.
