I'm setting a lab for my ccna exam and encountered a problem with the Cisco router 1721. The problem is with Wic 56/64k DSU/CSU. I'm trying to connect it to my cable router (Arris) but it is not working. Another word the wic card is not working. int serial0 is down/down and dont know how to get it up/up. i did no shut but nothing is working. I changed int serialo to service-module 56k clock rate 56 but nothing worked. i set dhcp and it is working fine. i set up nat but cannot get it going because im using serial0 as ip nat outside.. please help
