Cisco Router Firewall

I am looking to implement a Cisco router/firewall for the department; the unit would be required to handle 10GB thru-put for up to 500 simultaneous users with at least 100 - 150 VPN connections (the University has access to VPN client licenses so this cost doesn’t need included). Any other suggestions you may have regarding this would be welcome.
