hello guys
can somebody guide me how i can figure out from witch version of IOS cisco added cisco-rttmon-mib?

If you go to the SNMP Object Navigator and do a Translate/Browse search for one of the objects in the MIB, you can track it down fairly easily.
Searching for ciscoRttMonMIB and clicking on the "View Supporting Images" link will allow you to look for support in all IOS (back to 11.2) and IOS XE images.
The CISCO-RTTMON-MIB is well established and goes all the way back to the 2500 series routers running IOS 11.2 images.
