Cisco SA520 vs SR520

I'm looking for at network solution for a small business.

I am looking into buying a Cisco ESW540 switch with PoE, and two AP541N wireless AP's. I would like to have a secure connection towards Internet with the at least two VPN connections for remote workers. I also would like to have the ability for web security (IPS).

To me it looks like the Cisco SA520 as a VPN-security application is a good solution, but will I also be needing a router like the SR520 in my LAN?

Is the SA520 also a router who will take care of Layer 3 routing in my LAN, ore just a VPN security application?

I dont want to buy any aditional component if I dont need them!
