Hi,
I have a CISCO SMB-SF 200-24. It has received a DHCP IP address. When I follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide to access the switch, the application does not fully load (I know its currently assigned IP address...). As a result, my browser only displays part of the images on the page, which means that the application is basically unusable.
Please advise as to how I can correct this condition.

Try
- Install Active-X plug-in when prompts.
- IE9.
- Java v7 or 6.

Great. I didn't see that. Glad it did work for you.
