Gee whiz.  Don't know where to start.  Ok.  Here goes ...

1.  What's your supervisor engine?  Can you post the "sh version"

2.  What blade model?  (Provide the "sh module" result)

3.  Duplex and speed settings of both interfaces (I know it's Gig interface but post the result)

4.  Post the result of the command:  sh interface counter errors

5.  Please post the config of both interfaces.

Oh my gosh.  You've got one sick puppy!

1.  What's connected to G9/41 and G3/30?  Your two servers?

9   48  CEF720 48 port 10/100/1000mb Ethernet  WS-X6748-GE-TX

Module 9 has a 6748.  That's a good choice and a good decision.

3   48  48 port 10/100/1000mb EtherModule      WS-X6148-GE-45AF

Module 3 is a 6148.  I hope it's NOT connected to a server/servers because this particular blade model IS NOT designed for a data centre.  It's designed as an access port switch.

IOS (tm) s72033_rp Software (s72033_rp-PK9SV-M), Version 12.2(17d)SXB9, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

I have never seen this version before and THAT OLD.  I think you need to upgrade your IOS.

System returned to ROM by unknown reload cause - suspect boot_data[BOOT_COUNT] 0x0, BOOT_COUNT 0, BOOTDATA 19 (SP by power-on)

What the heck is this????  Your switch crashed?  Did you know about this?  Did you know what caused this?

Can you post the two files?  I am really intrigue to know what caused your 6500 to crash.

Can you confirm me that blade 6148 is the reason for slow copying from one server to another ?

Easy, MOVE the link from the 6148 to the 6718 and test again.

I will surely take care of the IOS as we are aware that IOS is a olderone....but does that linked to this issue.

Maybe and maybe not.  Your network is not a museum.  It's a very important to your business.   Since the release of that particular version Cisco may have uncovered a few bugs fixes and added newer features that might suit your needs.
