While upgrading the recommended version of IOS on Cisco Switch model – C9200L-24P-4X. It got stuck at the boot level and was unable to load with latest IOS Version. Also found the boot file was corrupted. We tried all possible attempts but unfortunately, we were not successful.

So are you able to get into ROMMON or is that also corrupted? If you can get the switch to boot to ROMMON you could then load a valid IOS-XE version onto a thumb drive and boot from usbflash0:

Post the boot-up process.
I suspect the 9200 was forced to load the firmware meant for the 9300/9400/9500/9600.
