Cisco switch Port-channel & F5 Trunks setup failover

Hi Experts Community,

Actually, in my production environment I like to have full 100% failover working for the F5 load Balancers those are connected to Cisco VPC pair switches, I am having the topology shown below. In this topology the green links are already connected & configured & working for traffic, recently I found there is NO cross connection between the F5s & Cisco switches. This caused issues when one of the Cisco switches failed, VPC functionality working as expected between the Cisco switches.

Now I am adding the cross connections between the F5s & Cisco switches (show in red in topology)

My new config on the Cisco switches

SW01, Port 1/34-35

SW02, Port 1/34-35

My New config on F5 LB

Adding the port 1.4 & 2.1 in the Existing Production Trunk1 interface on F5 (Interface 1.4 & 2.1 free on F5)

Scenerio1: If the SW02 (Current VPC primary) fails, the VPC failover will happen & SW01 becomes the VPC operational primary.

In this situation F5-2 will Forword the traffic via SW01?

Scenerio2: If the SW02 came up & Operational primary

In this situation F5-2 will start traffic forwarding via SW02 again?

Kindly review, I am doing anything wrong here to achieve the failover for the F5 traffic via switches using the new cross links? (shown in RED in topology)

I request please review above topology & failover scenarios for traffic from F5 to Switches during switch failover.

Note: I thought of configuring the VPC for F5, unfortunately required to break the existing PO25 & Thinking that will cause traffic issues during the VPC config for these interfaces those are already carrying lots of production traffic.

Thank you so much ..Yuvi
