Cisco Switch Rebooting

I purchased a Cisco SG350-24p PoE switch today. There is a strange problem, if I populate 23 ports then switch keeps working fine but as soon as I populate the last port, it restarts automatically. The populated sequence doesn't matter, which means if I use 23 ports either 1 to 23 or 2 to 24, everything works great, but as soon as I use the last remaining port switch restarts.

Hi,

What is the switch firmware version? Are you connecting any device which is supported by LLDP protocol? I seen a bug in LLDP protocol which caused reboot the switch. such as an IP phone.

 

Can you share some more details and switch logs?

There are only cameras and AP. I will share the log. thanks for replying.
