Cisco switch with Unifi

Hello.

I have a network that consist of Cisco WS-C2960X-48FPD and WS-C2960X-24FPD with Unifi U6 and U6+.

we have faced a problem, down times are shown on the Unifi controller for Unifi APs, even without any configuration and connecting only 6 of APs to any of the switches still down times are notices.

when we use unmanned switch we have no issues, what do you think is the problem please? what is the solution?

Hard to say whithout see the config. But spanning-tree could be one reason.

in fact even with default configuration and only switch cause the issue, we have read a blog show that LLDP can solve it.

can LLDP help with that?

we have connect the Unifi APs to the switch directly with default configuration, still continue, but LLDP solved it

LLDP should help the AP to get appropriate power. LLDP will help on the power negotiation. It should indeed be enabled.

in fact we haven't enabled LLDP.

but, C2960X-24PD and 48FPD should not provide enough power to the APs? or what will be the issue?
