Cisco Switch WS-C2960X-24PS-L

We are using Cisco Switch WS-C2960X-24PS-L and Fortigate Access points 431F.
431F total power consumption is 24.5Watt.But issue is when i connect 3 access points with this switch access points auto restart.So how i configure POE on this switch so that all the access points can work properly.
2 access points work perfectly but when i connect 2+ access points ,access points auto restart.

Hi,

Do you have LLDP enabled on the switch so it can negotiate the power consumption with the APs?
