We currently have Cisco WS-X6708-10GE blade installed in our Cisco 7606-S switch.  Each of the ports have a X2-10GB-SR tranciever.  When I look at the port with the "sh int tengig xx" command I see the following:

TenGigabitEthernet 4/1 is up, line protocol is up (connected)

  Hardware is c7600 10Gb 802.3, address is 001c.b0ca.75c0

Why does do the following ports show the same hardware address - 001c.b0ca.75c0?

TenGigabitEthernet 4/1

TenGigabitEthernet 4/2

TenGigabitEthernet 4/6

TenGigabitEthernet 4/7

Can this be changed?

You can't change the MAC address as they are burnt-in-address (BIA).  It's the standard.

ok, but why do several of the ports have the same MAC?

Ports with the same MAC addresses, are they in an etherchannel?

No.  The ports do have sub-interfaces.
