Cisco WEBUI - catalyst 9500

I have a problem with a 9500 switch. In the WEBUI it says "undefined" in the Description field, while in the CLI it says the correct text.
I never saw this bug before

  - As this could be a bug , indeed ; use latest advisory software version : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286315863/type/282046477/release/Dublin-17.12.3
                    check if that can help ,

thank you for your help:-) that was my first thing i did. i upgraded the stack to 17.12.3

          - Then you may want to engage TAC , however configuring those devices with the CLI is always preferred ,

sorry i thougt you mean i have to activate/enable something, but i have to open a ticket.
