cisco WS-4507-R-E IOS upgradation

Hi,

i need to upgrade the IOS of the Switch 4507 with oly one superviser engine(Supervisor 6-E)

Model:- WS-4507 R-E

Current IOS:-  cat4500e- ENTSERVICES-M Version 12.2(44)SG1

Planing to upgrade :- cat4500e-entservicesk9-mz.152-1.E2.bin

Can anybody give me the proper procedure to upgrade.

Is this is the stable version or should i go to cat4500e-entservicesk9-mz.151-2.SG3.bin,

Please tell me the stable ios version for this device. and also upgrade procedure.Bcause i am getting only 30 minutes downtime

1.  Copy the IOS into the switch using the command "copy tftp://<TFTP IP address>/IOS_filename.bin bootflash:"

2.  Optionally, you can change the boot variable string.  

3.  Reload. 

Read the Release Notes of the IOS you've picked.
