Cisco WS C2960X 24PD L web interface not working

I am trying to open the web console but this is what I get I tried to upgrade the firmware to latest version but same issue  

Any idea how to solve this problem.

Go to the Cisco download area and download a "UNIVERSAL WITH WEB BASED DEV MGR" image and install that. It is a .tar file which includes everything for web-based management.
