Hi Team,
I have 2 WS-C3750V2-48PS-S configured in stack, but I see that one of the stack is not set, why?

Hi,
It maybe that one of the stacking cables is loose or has been disconnected. Check the cable and make sure the pins are inserted all the way into the slot.

Hi team,
We have connected the 2 stack cables, and we have replaced the cable that connected Switch 1 Port 2 with Switch 2 Port 1 by a new cable, but it still fails.
Is it possible that one of the ports is damaged?
When I launch the command "sh switch stack-ports summary" I see:

Hi Juan,
Yes, it could be the case, if you have already replaced the stack cables it could be poiting to port issue. Have you restarted the stack and see the behavior?
They should be connected like:

No,
The switches are in production and it is difficult to make tests, we have requested a window to make tests, but we don't know when they will leave us.
Tests to be performed:
- Only connect the cable from SW1 P1 to SW2 P2.
- Only connect the cable from SW1 P2 to SW2 P1.
- Perform a "diagnostic start switch # test".
Once these tests have been performed, we will determine if the problem is in one of the stack ports and we will proceed with the management of an RMA.
One question, can I make the following combination to verify if the problem is on a stack port?
Thanks & Best Regards,
Juan Miguel Huertas Alegre
