Cisco WS-C4948E-E UNHANDLED ROMMON EXCEPTION at PC=0031221c

Hello, I am new to this community and I know very little about Cisco switches. We had one of our customers send a Cisco WS-C4948E-E into us because it stopped working. During the boot of the switch, it shows this below.

UNHANDLED ROMMON EXCEPTION at PC=0031221c
Vector=00000100 MSR=02021230 LR=00322ba0
MCSR=00000000
CISR0=00000000 CISR1=20000000
DDR_ERR_DETECT=80000008

Is this switch fixable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Post the entire boot-up process.  

(Most of the people in this forums are volunteers.  We don't work for Cisco so we don't have access to internal data and tools.)

That was all it would show during the boot process yesterday. Today it will not show anything after starting it up.
