We did a cisco IE 9320 code upgrade and it failed. it is in a boot loop and unable to get into rom mon mode. Can TAC help me retreive the logs as to why it failed

Hello @ciscousernow welcome to teh community! Yes, Cisco TAC can help you retrieve logs to determine why the code upgrade failed, even if the switch is in a boot loop and you can't manually enter ROMMON mode. You can open a ticket here.
