My CISCO881W router doesn't boot up.
When i connect by console, the only text that appears is the following:
System Bootstrap, Version 12.4(22r)YB5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Technical Support: http://www.cisco.com/techsupport
Copyright (c) 2009 by cisco Systems, Inc.
And nothing after that.
I also noticed that all the four LAN ports LED stay up without any cable plugged in.
Can you please tell me what can cause that issue and how to resolve it?
Thanks a lot for your help.

Contact TAC and organize for an RMA.
The description of the display fits perfectly to the Cisco Memory Component Issue: FN - 63761 - CISCO8XX, IAD8XX, and CISCO1941W-XXX Might Fail to Boot Up After a Power Cycle - Fix on Failure

Thanks for your fast reply
Please do i need a contract for that?
I've installed it for my client since about 15 months and we didn't have a service contract for it.

As i don't have a service contract now, isn't there any solution for me?
