CLI commands in Japanese - Cannot Configure the Cisco Catalyst 2960-24TT

I am using Catalyst 2960-24TT switch for configuring the ports in the ACL list.

For this I am using Console Port cable to connect to my PC. My PC has Tera Term Software.

Whenever I am clicking the ENTER some random alphabets are appearing on the screen and I Am unable to see the prompt

"Switch > "

Even when I am resetting the switch by holding the button on the Switch , The language that appear on the screen is not readable.

Therefore I am unable to enter into configuration mode.

Also when I am trying to type anything it is not getting typed correctly.

NOTE: I tried Hyerterminal and Putty softwares as well but there also same problem occurs.

Please help me at the earliest.

Try another laptop in case its an issue with your communication ports on pc ,lf its still the same on another pc then the switch has a serious issue that you will not be able to fix it will need to go to TAC for RMA.
