I am facing issue in the recording server . Seeking for solution if anyone have.
Both Physical and Virtual Server is connected through user switch where all phones are connected through VLAN X.
Both are taking the audio input from the CME.
For Physical server only one cable is connected through this switch .
For Virtual Server three cable is connected to the VM Virtual switch. Only one is in use in our case.
Now problem is that when we check the recording call are working fine and recording also don't have any issue.
In Virtual Server we find that there is CLI lines are missing in few of the phone and it is random, While analysis found that some calls is only ringing and some time one way speech.
So could you please suggest me what I need to do to overcome this issue.

what is the SPAN session for ? Can you post a screenshot of what you say are missing CLI lines on your phones ?
