Cloud CLI Configuration Mode not working

Hi folks,

I wanted to give the Cloud CLI in configuration mode a try, however I am getting the following error:

Unable to launch Configuration Mode due to the following reasons:
1. Telemetry subscription 10002 missing or misconfigured, e.g., no 'update-policy'
2. The device configuration is out of sync with cloud, please check the alert

The documentation just states that those are requirements, but since I only have read-only CLI access at the moment, how can I fix this?^^

So here a quick update:

Support is unfortunately very slow at the moment. They are currently telling me, that if the switch is onboarded in cloud configuration mode, the CLI is read-only and are referring to this documentation:

I cannot really read that here. It just states that you have to change the mode in org settings.
However, the error message is gone now and I am only getting read-only access without any errors.
