College campus LAN/VLAN design best practises

Hi Everyone,

I want the LAN design advises from you,

I want to design the LAN network for college campus, Where College having multiple buildings (5-6 buldings) with college staffs ,students ,wifi access points, guest wifi network,servers, surveillance cameras, network devices are included,

So what is the best design practices for the creating multiple VLANS in college campus.

You should use a network model, like three layered model or collapsed model.
