Hello,
I need some help.
I am trying to configuring NTP on the switch in my company.
There is a NTP server in my company with IP 10.38.1.24.
I configured the switch in my company like this config below.
ntp server 10.38.1.24
09:26:11.652 BR Fri Oct 9 2015
But the time is not correct like the server.
sh ntp associations
address ref clock st when poll reach delay offset disp
~10.38.1.24 .INIT. 16 - 1024 0 0.000 0.000 15937.
* sys.peer, # selected, + candidate, - outlyer, x falseticker, ~ configured
Some one know why the time is not the same NTP server?
Need I configure more things ?
Regards,
Danilo

The server is a "true" NTP server, not a Windows time server?

I checked with server team and they said that this is a Windowns NTP server.
