configuration db lock by copy to local image

Problem
Problem Title: unable to upgrade cisco switch firmware
Description: when I am trying to upgrade cisco switch firmware I am getting output after run the reload command " DB locked by copy to local Image"

cisco swtich model : CBS350-24T-4G
Firmware current version: 3.2.1.1
need to upgrade to : 3.5.3.2

May be try reboot the device and try again ?
