I find some product cannot be located inside configuration tool.

If a product cannot be located in configuration tool, does it mean it is End Of Sale already?

Yes, most likely that product is EOS.

If a component of a switch does not see under the switch in the configuration tool. Does it mean it is not supported by the switch?

I have two case.

In the first below, I cannot find item 4.

1.CISCO2811-SEC/K9, 2811 Security Bundle, Advanced Security

2.NM-16A, 16-Port Asynchronous Module

3.CAB-OCTAL-ASYNC, 8-Lead Octel Cable (68-Pin to RJ45)

4.MBS-D-C2811SEC, MBSS SDS for CISCO2811-SEC/K9

5.CON-SUSA-C2811SEC, Console Cable for 2811-SECK9

In the second case below, I cannot find item 3 and 4.

1. CISCO3825-HSEC/K9, 3825 Security Bundle, 64MB Flash/256DRAM

2. PWR-3825-AC, Cisco 3825 Power Supply

3. S382AISK9-12311T, Cisco IOS Advanced IP Services

4. AIM-VPN/EPII-PLUS, DES/3DES/AES VPN Encryption/Compression

Could it be that the code have changed, or the product has been replaced by a newer one with different code?
