I'm new to the forum and I am glad to be became a member .
I have a Cisco router with module PCEX 881G -3G- HSPA with an internal sim manager WIND (we are in Italy ) .
My problem is that I can not run the connection. Despite having confiugrato interfaces Dialer0 and Cellular0 , the router does not sail .
Typing the command SHOW ALL CELLULAR0 I get the following report:

I do not understand what the reason , taking into account that the router recognizes the type of SIM ( manager , APN , etc. )
Someone can help please?
I urgent need to set it up because I am not free and I do not know how to work. At this time I asked a neighbor to let me write on the forum to ask for help but I need to work for free .
On the sim is stto off the PIN.
A NOTE THAT COULD BE NO PROFIT IN TROUBLESHOOTING - If the extension module 3G router and use it in PCMCIA notebook does not work on the connection anyway .
I hope someone can give me some help in the shortest possible time.
