I would like to configure a C9200 switch to send SNMP traps when the percentage of input or output packet errors on an interface reaches a certain threshold. How can I do this?

Do this with an NMS.

The problem with that is that we have over 200 airports that we manage switches. If we use NMS, we have to send SNMP polls to all the switches for all switch ports on a periodic basis. It would be a lot simpler to just have the switch send a trap when the threshold is reached, but I don't see how this could be done.

Have a look at this: https://imgur.com/a/vtrrDWn
This is our NMS server and picks up interface errors by the boat-load with a granularity of 60 seconds.
