Configuring EIGRP on frame-relay

I used a router as a frame-relay , but the interface serial 0/0 protocol is always down , could any one please help me out

no i am using a 2600 router , and when i shutdown the serial interface it comes up for like 10 sec and then its down again

In addition to what John and Peter suggested, make sure you are only clocking the DCE site.  To know which side is DCE, do a "sh cont s0/0"

If it is on older serial interfce, the clock rate usually is 64000

Are you connecting the routers back to back using a DTE, DCE cable?

Why do you believe so? The configuration of the router as a Frame Relay switch as posted here is perfect. I see nothing wrong with it. The clock rate is a little curious (what kind of Serial interfaces is being used here?) but otherwise, the configuration is just fine.

Mostafa, can you post the output of the following commands?

show ip interface brief

show frame-relay pvc

show frame-relay route

show int s0/0

show int s0/1

show int s0/2

Can you post the other side? Is this in production or a lab, and which interface is up/down? Generally, incorrect encapsulation on either end can cause this problem. If you're doing this in a lab and you have it connected back to back without a frame relay switch in between, you'll need to disable keepalives with "no keepalive" on the serial interfaces on both ends of the link.

I didn't see anything wrong in the config. Is this in GNS by chance? I copied your configs and pasted them in gns on my end and everything worked without me modifying anything. I'd save the configs and reload gns if that's the case:
