Hi ..
is there any order we need to follow while configuring the brand new switch .
Know that while configuring AAA for TACACS ..need to follow some order , recently while configuring switch TACACS faced the issue .....post tacacs stuff configuration still enable to privilege mode was remained as Local credential. ...hence removed aaa new model and tacacs server config stuffs,,,, and applied into switch in orderly fashion and enable to privilege mode was sccebile via TACACS credential ....is that same order we need to follow elsewhere ..Please confirm?

Hi,
No, there isn't really any specific order, but I would take care of authentication (AAA, ACS server) and out-of-band management first, so you always have access to the switch and then do the rest. Also, before connecting it to the rest of the network, I would take care of spanning tree stuff first to make sure the new switch does not become the root bridge.
