Connecing FEX with N5K

Hi,

I'd like to know if there are any downsides when using twinax to connect FEX with N5k instead of FET-10G and fiber.

Hi,

There is no downside at all.  If the distance is short Twinax is a very good solution.  It is also much cheaper than using standard fiber.
