Connect router or FW to FEX

Hello,

Is it recommended and considered as a validated design to connect a router or FWs to a 2K FEX connected to 9K Nexus switch?

The firewall will run OSPF with 9K switches that configured as a vPC.

Hi,

If you are running 7.x layer-3 is supported. see table-1 in this link

It may also be simpler if you connect the router directly to the 9300 instead of the 2k.
