I connected (sw1) with 192.168.1.1 and (sw2) with 192.168.2.1 ,,,,,,,,, and gave each pc their ip's

why cant I ping a pc from sw1 and a pc from sw2 ,     i can ping those 2 pc's to the router but cant ping them to each other

You can attach your PT lab here in zip format. My guess is default gateway is an issue.  In order PC to get out of its own network, PC needs default gateway to be set.  in you case, it is a router.  Use ipconfig /all on PCs to check the info.
