Hello,
what interface are you not being able to reach, the GUI ?
On the SG350XG-26F, under Port Settings --> Port Type, make sure you have selected either 'Combo Ports' or '10G-Fiber-Optics'...

Hello
Yes its the GUI i cannot access everything else on my network i can access via the switch
It shows 10G-Fibre-Optics but i do not see an option to change this to combo ports

Hello,
10G-Fibre-Optics is okay, that is the right port setting.
Are you using IP address 192.168.1.254 (the factory default), in your web browser ? Is your system LED flashing continuously ? Make sure the OOB port is connected to your PC, that is the port you need to access the web GUI.

Yes connecting to the OOB port works but i wanted to know if there was another way as i want to have mutiple switches connected via fibre to the X350 and be able to reach the interface from any switch

Hello,
that is possible when the device is using a DHCP-assigned IP address or an administrator-configured static IP address. That address must be reachable from within your network.
