Connecting a CBS220-8T-E-2G-Switch to a CR1000B

I am getting a bit frustrated with this switch. This is for a Fios Home network. I have a Fios CR1000B router that has a couple of 1GB Lan ports. But for some reason I can't get a 1GB link between the CBS220 and the CR1000B. However I can get a 1GB link between the CR1000B Fios router and my Mesh router (google), using the same cable and port from the CR1000B. I tried disabling auto negotiation on a CBS220 and hard setting it to 1GB I also tried setting to auto-negotiate, enable and disable. But no luck. This is a really simple flat network. What am I missing?  Any assistance would be appreciated.

It should not be a problem. What happens if you connect the CBS220 to your Mesh Router?

One thing you can try, in case you did not, is configure the smartport. There are a few options you can try

Thank you for your response. I am using Google Mesh routers. If, with everything set to auto-negotiate, I cable between the Fios Router and the Cisco switch it comes up 100Mb.  If I cable between the Fios router and the mesh router it comes up 1GB. If I cable between the Cisco switch and the Mesh router it comes up 1GB.  It seems like a handshake issue between the Fios router and the Cisco switch.

smartport have some extra configuration. You can choose the device type. Choose router and test.

I don't see any option for smart port, this is my interface.

Your are right. 220 indeed does not have smartport. I look on the wrong model.

Any other suggestions?

Given that this device provide little troubleshooting possibility, I would try to upgrade or downgrade, in case you are in the last version.
