Connection between 2950XL & Express 500

I have a 2940XL with a WS-X2931-XL 1000BaseSX uplink module. Can I connect it to a Express 500 switch w/ SFP module slot by a fiber cable? Which model of SFP module I need to buy for the Express 500?

? 100BASE-FX-FE

? 100BASE-FX-GE

? 100BASE-LX

? 1000BASE-LX/LH
