Connection between Cat2960X and Cat2950 stops working

Hi:

I have a Cat 2960X connected to a Cat 2950. The connection is copper Gbic to SFP.

The connections works for days and then just stops working. I have to reload the Cat 2960X to get the communicating.

 Any Ideas?

Sounds like the port have gone into "error disable" state. 

When this reoccurs again (and before the switch gets rebooted), post the output to the command "sh interface stat err". 

In the meantime, post the output to the output "sh interface <BLAH>" of both units.
