Console download for IOS software image on Cisco 1812-J

Hi everyone

I have a Cisco 1812-J router console-connected to a client PC and it is always booting into the rommon prompt. During the boot-up process, it returns this message 'boot: cannot determine first file name on device "flash'." After hours of research, I have found using xmodem to download an IOS softare image is a possible solution: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps259/products_tech_note09186a008015bfac.shtml#download_2620. However, I have not found the correct name of the IOS image for the life of me.

Could someone please advise me how the name of a particualr model's IOS image be found? I'm totally stuck here after hours of trial and error.
