Console port blocked

Can't log in via console port on the router.

In config:

line con 0

transport input none

I can remove this but if I reboot it's back there.

Solved it once but can't remember how I did it.

Hi,

Try doing:

conf t

line con 0

login

password [your_password]

Test access to the console port first and then remeber to "copy run start" after making changes to write any changes you have made to NVRAM

There are other ways and better ways to configure console access but this should get you going.
