Console to USB stopped working

Hi, 

My console to USB adapter stopped working.

I receive the message:

USB2.0-Ser! Driver is unavailable

Video guide suggested missing CH341SER driver but all of the links included in the video are expired.

It's now working fine after installing the driver (CH341 drivers Windows v3.3 64-bit). Thank you very much
