hi

have warning message on catalyst 6513 (sup720s)as below, the module 12 is WS-X6704-10GE, critical to us:

483266: Jan 11 08:56:28 AEDT: %CONST_DIAG-SP-4-ERROR_COUNTER_WARNING: Module 12 Error counter exceeds threshold, system operation continue.
483267: Jan 11 08:56:28 AEDT: %CONST_DIAG-SP-4-ERROR_COUNTER_DATA: ID:49 IN:3 PO:255 RE:231 RM:4 DV:2 EG:2 CF:10 TF:285238
 

Please advice this is a only warning message, do I need do any diag to find problem, or just monitor it.

if I do diag, what is the command, and if the diag will down-grade the service on this mondule?

any comments will be appreciated

Is it a newly seated module, if yes try reseating the module.
